I design immersive audio that takes people places they can't otherwise go, from the Cambodian rainforest to the Angolan desert to a 180-loudspeaker theatre in London.
Cine Golden Eagle Award winner. Sound recordist on Wildscreen Golden Panda–winning “My Garden of a Thousand Bees” (PBS Nature). Spatial sound designer for “Auditorial” (Google × The Guardian). Former Spatial Audio Producer to the Philharmonia Orchestra.
Currently directing the Across Continents expedition trilogy (2020–2027, currently in Africa), touring with Mercury Prize–shortlisted folk artist Sam Lee through 2026, and recording as Axel Wild on Sounding Wild Records. Field recordings contributed to Cornell Lab of Ornithology's Merlin database; prior R&D consulting includes Force Technology (hearing aid acoustics).
Open to remote post-production, spatial audio consulting, system design, and music supervision work — project-based or retainer, globally.
